The Chief Electoral Officer of the Federal Election Commission made a Bombshell statement, saying that, from what he saw in Pennsylvania, and news that he had come from elsewhere in the world, this election was unconstitutional.
It’s very explosive news. The Chief Electoral Officer, Trey Trainor, has stated that, in his expert view, “the referendum has not been open” and “this election is invalid.”
He dropped the bomb on the liberal news media in Newsmax as he revealed that he claimed: “that there was election fraud in some areas.”
There is no valid justification at all to refuse observers’ access to the counting of ballots. Ipso facto, the counting of ballots would be “illegitimate.” It’s not just anyone’s making the announcement. Trey Trainor isn’t just a state election officer, he’s a federal officer.
And on top of that, he’s the chairman of the whole commission. Unlike the leftist media hackers who were in a rush to call state elections for the Democrats and the presidency for Biden, Trainor knows one or two about the fairness of the election.
Speaking to Newsmax, Chairman Trainor said, “After securing a court order that would allow Trump’s campaign to send observers to watch the counting of votes in Pennsylvania from six feet away, ‘the polling stations have not been allowed in a substantive way.'”
Trainor pointed out that “as observers were able to watch, the goalpost was pulled forward.” Simply put, “there was little accountability in the election.”
“Our whole political culture is focused on accountability in order to prevent the appearance of corruption,” says Trainor. “State law requires observers to be present. If the rule is not observed, this election is ‘illegitimate.'”
Trump’s team held a news conference on Saturday to make a major statement of its own.
They also announced that they will go to war over this in the courts. As Rudy Giuliani said, the media can’t determine who won the election — the judges do.
Chairman Trainor, an old Texas school gunslinger named by Trump, is with them all the way. What Team Trump says are “very credible charges,” he admits, which need to be “completely tested” by the legal system. He expects that the allegations are serious enough to “finish in the Supreme Court.”
THAT IS A PRETTY GOOD SOURCE.

And one other thing...recall she ran for Prez and got not a single delegate. Last year it was said that there were pictures of her at an orgy or two, very ho hum for SF but won’t play in Iowa. So maybe the Rats got to whoever had those pics. In any event, she’s a couch surfer who’s now catapulted into the second most powerful slot on Planet Earth.
There isn’t a figure like her in American history. She wouldn’t have even been entertained as a candidate...for pretty much anything.
The Left has been claiming for the past couple of days that our side is attempting a coup. I expect violence soon. We are headed down a very dangerous road.
Actually, therein lies the conundrum ! Nobody has the authority, because it is not addressed in the Constitution !
The Founding Fathers would never have believed that a nation-wide fraud could occur,
so they never delegated that authority to anyone, or any agency.
Since the election must follow the Federal Constitution, which Federal agencies haven't already been found to be complacent, co-opted, or complicit ?
The Federal agencies that don't respond to Congressional requests, directives, and subpoenas ?
The Federal Elections Committee is only an advisory board with no executive powers; or, an organization with all bark,..and no bite !

Actually Harris was born, IIRC, before the interpretation of the 14th Amendment started creating anchor babies. Her parents were in the US on temp student visas only. She may not even be a US citizen, or may be dual US/American. Defeintly not a NBC, and of murky status.

I wonder if some people mistakenly think it means Big Fat Lie or something similar? I remember one time I used it, and the poster got so upset they left the forum. Never said what they thought it meant, though.
A lot of “lega” opinions on this thread by unknown private nobodies. I think the head of the FEC appointed by whoever’s statement has more weight than any any self-appointed naysayers name anonymous claiming otherwise.
Well I do think the findings of the Federal Election Commision has a bit more weight on legal proceedings Than CNN talking asses.
The Constitution places the burden upon the state legislators, to set law for elections. What state legislator will ignore proof of massive vote switching which changed the outcome? I wonder, is that why for the past 9 days the socialist serving media has been allowed to run amok, so when the proof of the criminality is revealed the media will be exposed along with the criminals who have tried to bring about this current coup attempt? Friday will be the tenth day since election day. Saturday will be the ‘day after’ a sting is sprung on these criminal bastards. ... It’s coming
