Typical Corporate America sensitivity-training program: Look, all you non-Black employees (and yes, that's with a capital 'B' or else), you're systemically racist and institutionally racist -- that's a double-whammy strike against you that we're entering into your permanent record. And to our wonderful Black employees, we're adding to your permanent record that you're perfect and can do no wrong.

Getting back to the election, everyone saw that Soros/Democrat Party deliberately played the race card this year, as they do in every Presidential election (that's, in fact, why we are discussing this silly topic right now). The Dems even play the race-card against themselves: During debates, Kamala accused Biden of being a pro-segregationist and racist. Every four years, like clockwork. However, for the first three years of the Trump administration, virtually nobody said a word about supposed "racism." 2020 arrives and BAM! Racism everywhere! Systemic Racism! Institutional Racism! You-Name-It Racism! Literally everywhere! Um, if it's systemic, everywhere, and institutional, then every Corporate America executive insisting there's institutional racism must resign now because he's obviously guilty of it, by his own definition. But nooooooooo ... each and every Corporate America executive screaming "Systemic Racism" always claims it's everyone else that's guilty of systemic racism (but not him). Stupid SJW arseholes.
