The elections are far from over and Biden’s victory is nothing more than a unilateral declaration. This is true except for the ATF which is secretly transitioning itself to be in a position to restrict gun ownership under the Biden administration.
ATF’s Acting Director Regina Lombardo disclosed during a conference call on November 10, 2020, that Biden’s transition team reached out to discuss ATF’s top priorities. An insider disclosed that 80% lower receivers and pistol braces would be her priority.
Biden has expressed disdain for the two items which are crucial for millions of gun-owning Americans who are concerned about their security.
The ATF recently warned several companies including Q, LLC., and SB Tactical about pistol braces. However, the timing of the new crackdown on pistol braces was highly suspicious.
Now it seems that the assault on pistol braces was a calculated move to launch the federal agency into a full gun control body under a possible Biden Whitehouse.
True to this statement, the ATF uses a highly subjective process to determine whether the components are legal. It only needs an anti-gun tester to rubberstamp an item as illegal.
An anonymous source had disclosed that current and previous ATF heads including Associate Deputy Director Marvin Richardson and Curtis Gilbert, the former Department Assistant Director of Enforcement Programs and Services, have always hated pistol braces and planned to ban them. However, the lack of political capital stopped them from conducting a full assault on pistol braces and the second amendment rights of Americans.

Well, when you have the FPC powerless to oppose the California roster of restricted firearms then suing to prevent its expansion, it is laughable.
No gun infringement expansion should be sued, but the whole gamut and language.

One thing I miss about Tennessee.
If the story were even remotely true, notice the heavily repeated term “Biden transition team”.
Biden didn’t actually win anything, and Biden is literally a human puppet.
It’s doubtful he is even out of bed for more than an hour or two at a time in any given day.
Very likely Biden has little memory, or cognitive clue, as to what is going on around him, or why he is seeing so many strangers walking around one of his 5-6 gonzo mansions.
In a twisted way, it’s funny to watch.

That closing paragraph shows that all firearms owners lives are in great peril now.
Once the rats steal the two Georgia Senate seats its game over.
Then the decision will rest with us as to what to do.
We all know that the ATM along with state police around the country will be demanding all firearms retailers to turn in their 4473 documents to build their lists.
First they will be sending out letters to all gun owners to inform them to surrender their firearms to law enforcement.
Then they will begin the show raids against those who don’t comply by murdering a few dozen families or the fathers protecting their God given rights. These will be played on the nightly news and portrayed as eliminating domestic terrorists. After that the blood lust of the ATF and police will be censored out of all news in case such reporting could possibly generate opposition against the gov’t.
Now is the the time that each of us need to make the decision of surrender or fight.
Plan now to move all assets you have to a Trust with your spouse as the Trustee or transfer title of such to your spouse. This will hopefully prevent the gov’t seizing your assets after they have dispatched you in your own home, claiming restitution or whatever phony charge in case you get lucky and dispatch one of them.
Have a plan on get keep your family out of harms way when the time comes. Be armed at all times starting next year in case they try to take you while away from your home.
One thing that will be 100% certain starting sometime next year, they will begin their enforcement. I figure that most of us have 2 or less years to live once the Biden regime gets rolling.
We need to stop playing toe-the-line games with marginal devices which few are interested in.
- 80% lowers are interesting to hobbyists, few others.
- “arm braces” are plainly a cute workaround for short-barreled rifles to avoid NFA paperwork. Suck it up and demand right to SBRs.
We need to start pursuing full-on “shall not be infringed” cases in court en masse:
- File simultaneous NFA Form 4s and “a right delayed is a right denied” suits, culminating in “faster to bring this to trial than to process 4 simple pages - WTF?”.
- Selective Service registrants demand right to new M4s.
- Demand “full faith and credit” for CCW.
- Press the “lower vs upper” issue that terrifies ATF.
- Get suppressors legalized outright.
Progressives are seeking outright bans.
Conservatives must seek outright legalization.
I’ve watched this pussy-footing for decades. SOMEONE must have more legal knowledge/pull than me to make these happen.
At some point the crazy or ignorant start making moves that define legal systems. Don’t wait for me (or worse) to decide enough is enough and someone has to make the move - you won’t like the results.
