I think his point is that The People have spoken
The People will speak to these Republican legislatures
Then those legislatures will do the right thing and choose Trump electors
Lin says that The People not only have spoken, but will continue to speak....because the evidence is overwhelming....
He also talks about the demeaning title “conspiracy theorist”....that’s just people who connect the dots
Lin is really communicating clearly and with utter confidence

Yes, I think the key to this is getting the votes vacated in PA, GA & MI due to voter fraud. At that point, the legislatures can appoint electors based on what they believe the legal vote tally would be. Recounts and audits in those three states are critical.
