OCt. surprises don’t work when you can vote for like 4 months before hand and 3 weeks after
October surprises also don’t work if the media deliberately blocks the news.
As we’ve seen they can block the news for a month. Could they have done it for 2, 3, or 4 months? I’m not so sure.
