The premise was to swipe SMALL amounts of votes from the RED counties, then add large amounts of Dem votes into Dem counties, so not to ruffle too many feathers.

He wants President Trump removed under the 25th Amendment because "It is clear Donald Trump is trying to exercise the power because he can, and "because he is just very unpredictable now."
But the 25th Amendment doesn't authorize removal of a President simply because he is unpredictable, or because you don't like what he may do in his last 70 days in office. Section 4 authorizes removal only if the President "is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office."
Brennan is actually arguing the exact opposite -- that Trump should be removed from office because he is "able to discharge the powers and duties of his office."
Perfect confirmation -- using words out of his own mouth -- that Brennan doesn't give two craps about the Constitution.

A guy like Brennan probably prefers a bullet to the head or having the Joint Chiefs step up, because that’s how his outfit works, but they learned after JFK that assassinations don’t sit well with people, and they know that military intervention would make for very bad visuals, so they make sure their efforts at a coup have at least the veneer of legality.
If anyone was a true patriot, they’d take Brennan out permanently.
