The software has openings which can be used by anyone to change the vote however much or often and leave no trace - one cyber expert parked car outside a polling place and, using his cell phone, was in the voting software in 3 minutes ... There are at least 4 different root places that the vote can be altered by managers as often as needed by as many votes as necessary. These systems were used in the 2018 elections and expanded in the 2020 election.
Yes ... It can be hacked... But the software was written for an expressed purpose... Then a sunset function could be in place to remove any of the equations and other commands that allowed Biden to gain the majority of votes was my point...
