Do you really think the courts are going to throw out hundreds of thousand of votes with tens of thousands, or even other hundreds of thousands, of legitimate ones mixed in? It’s gotta be stone-code solid evidence of a specific, detailed, large mass of specifically identifiable ballots - and a big part of the issue is that the Democrat election workers blocked processing from view. You can’t see what you can’t see.

It may happen, and we should work to prove what can be proven, but it is still a longshot without the above.

It’s hard to say. Trump is different so I could see him pulling this off. the cheating appears to be blatant and they dont need that many votes to flip WI, GA and PA. Then again, it’s a deep state operation and to your point, it will be tough for any judge to change the results.

They should, but the courts don’t have to. The state LEGISLATURES decide which set of Electors go to D.C. Every one of those key states with open fraud (AZ, GA, MI, PA, WI)
has a GOP legislature, and they must and should exercise their rights and send REPUBLICAN ELECTORS to D.C.

I haven’t studied other contested elections (other than FL Recount 2000), but there are remedies when fraud is demonstrated by a preponderance of the evidence (but yes EVIDENCE is a hard standard). And I’m not sure what an “audit” vs a “canvas” vs a “recount” would accomplish—but it’s all worth a shot, if legally allowed.

I’ve been disappointed to hear today that all the data gathering and analysis going on now (and they are finding quite a bit as far as anomolies) isn’t admissible in court.
