I’ve read claims that the normal DOJ standard is to wait 10 days before pursuing election fraud. Don’t if that’s true, but if it is for once Barr may be ahead of the schedule.
The voting in this election started weeks ago. So whatever 10-day period may or may not exist, is already expired.
