The media will run with this - “it’s all political!”.
His job is to make sure there’s nothing problematic. That he’s unwilling to even look first before declaring that there’s “nothing to see” is a sign of guilt.

not, then he did the right thing.
I would think he would find this a very challenging and
interesting task. He coulda’ been a part of history.

According to Twitter reports, this is the same guy who assisted Lois Lerner when she was head of the IRS in targeting the Tea Party and conservative organizations. So, why was he still in charge of “Election Integrity Investigations?”
My guess is he’s a Democrat and only wanted to deal with Democrat complaints of “voter suppression”.
