All in all, the way Manchin stated it, he will have a very hard time backing away from his "oath" of sorts.
Just the same, we need to go all out to win the GA Senate seats. Someone mentioned that the Dem plan might be to make the seats no important, but really I think the reverse is at work here. He is saying even if the Dems win both seats they won't have the kind of 50/50 "majority" needed to "Change America Forever". So maybe the dems keep some powder dry on the GA senatorial runoffs now that they know they won't deliver the agenda they were hoping for.
