I find it strange that Sky News which is the UK sister station of Fox News is streaming free on its own App on Roku along with being on Pluto.

MSNBC is on Pluto, CNN.

I wonder why FoxNews has decided against doing that

Because they thought they could garner the cable revenues due to the demand for their product.

That calculus may no longer be operative.
