Also the rejection rate for PA mail in ballots is supposedly MANY times less vs 2016, maybe 30 times less, despite that there were dramatically more first time mail in ballot users. Presumably the rejection rate for first time users should be higher, to my understanding.

Any lowering of the bar to vote invariably helps democrat turnout, they were 40-50% more frightened of covid than republicans.
