Rudy Giuliani appeared on Maria Bartiromo's Sunday morning show to update people about the status of Trump's fight against election fraud. Giuliani reported that, starting Monday and continuing through the week, the president is ready to file multiple lawsuits in contested states. All of them are based on witness testimony about massive, highly illegal voting irregularities.
According to Giuliani, the president has already assembled significant amounts of evidence that the Democrats were engaging in voter fraud affecting hundreds of thousands of votes in swing states, especially Pennsylvania. He explained that in Philadelphia, Trump's legal teams have sixty or seventy witnesses who are ready to testify to fraud.
For twenty-four hours, Democrats prevented Republican election-observers from entering the room in which poll workers were counting over 135,000 late-arriving ballots. Poll workers did this even though the law states that representatives from interested parties have an absolute right to observe the counting. He believed that this secretiveness was because the Democrats were engaged in chicanery to overcome Trump's 700,000-vote advantage.
In Pittsburgh, Giuliani said, while Democrats counted 300,000 ballots, they forced Republicans to stand so far away that they were unable to see anything. When the Trump team obtained a court order mandating that the barriers holding back the Republican observers must be moved forward, the ballot counters-complied — and then moved their work tables farther away, again rendering themselves invisible to oversight. Giuliani says this conduct violates voters' civil rights, constitutes an unfair election, violates Pennsylvania law regarding elections, and impermissibly subjects voters in different parts of the state to different rules.
In addition, in Pennsylvania, the ballot-counters separated 450,000 mail-in ballots from their envelopes, making it impossible to tell whether they were valid. One person could easily have filled out multiple ballots. Again, both sides should have been observing,

Evidence has to be CUMULATIVE. You can’t simply use one type of fraud because it will not affect the election outcome. There are many OTHER type’s of fraud and they have to be cumulatively included in the evidence.
Yes, they need a strong legal case, but more important is the court of public opinion
They need to hammer it every day. Give outrageous examples, show real people admitting fraud. The court of public opinion is the only way to combat the coordinated full-court press the deep-state corporate media began Saturday AM declaring Biden the winner.

What we are witnessing is the organized effort of the Democrat Party to violate the Civil Rights of millions of American’s by disenfranchising them of their vote.
The process by which they are attempting to accomplish this is with Election Fraud and Voter Fraud
So what is the foundation for hope here? Is it proving that ballot counting machines were rigged? Are we anywhere near being able to do that?
Not outrageous examples. But rather, compelling proof of widespread, large volume cheating.
Someone talking about backdating 100 ballots will get 100 ballots tossed.
Showing 7 people more than 120 years old will get 7 ballots tossed.
That is not enough to change the results. If there is a conspiracy, then the conspiracy needs to be shown. Not just talked about.
There are a lot of crazy things being tossed about. But there has been little proof of a huge, multi million vote conspiracy.
I am all about challenging and fighting to the end. I am all about playing by the rules.
But some of the things I am reading are the rants of really desperate folks. Not calling YOU desperate...but sometimes judging the actions of others sounds desperate.
This all sounds like a perfect RICO indictment.........

I’m guessing shortly after the current court cases, in the event those fail. The Supremes are often called “the court of last resort”.
