We don’t need everyone vaccinated to end lockdowns - we don’t even need half, for herd immunity.
We just need to vaccinate the at risk population (~20%), to essentially eliminate mortality and ICU cases.
They will probabably have produced enough doses for that by Inauguration Day, and be deep into the program of administering them.
