No big deal, some federal judge will just step in and nullify the will of the people. Easy peasey, not a problem.
Exactly or the CA legislature will do it for them!
It seems that most ballot initiatives in CA that are awful outright fail. Then they just pass it through with legislation. I’ve become convinced that CA uses ballot initiatives not to pass anything but to gauge how far can they take an agenda without too much pushback.
