Spoke with Baris.
1) AZ now only a 19,000 lead with approx 240,000 ballots left, all from Pinal (good!), parts of Maricopa. Baris was in touch with Ducey’s people: apparently these are the “good” parts of Maricopa.
VERY DOABLE.
2) Ducey, whom I have been very hard on due to the lockdowns, has been stellar in this fight. His team has figured out exactly how many ballots are outstanding, so there can be no more mysterious last-minute ballots. Baris thinks now Trump wins AZ by 6,000.
3) GA has just developed a new problem with reporting of earlier ballots; will certainly recount but also now may re-canvass. Apparently, there are still military ballots to be counted. Baris thinks Kemp has been a dud in keeping tabs on how many ballots are outstanding, which is why they keep “finding” more ballots. Apparently if you have all ballots returned form a district, you can challenge anything that comes in after that. But if you don’t have a count on what is still out, you can’t do that.
4) WI and MI both finding big errors, one with clerks (WI) one with machines (MI). Baris says the machine errors in ONE COUNTY ALONE would give Trump the lead and the state. Both may be recanvassed. Said Reince Priebus and his crew were negligent on election night, not getting ahold of how many ballots were out, and assured Trump he had WI. They literally went to bed.
5) PA still doable. Apparently there are over 100,000 ballots contested, which would give Trump the state. This likely will be litigated at the Supreme Court.
6) They have until the 8 to submit electors, though as I recall in FL the sec of state did not have to certify until five days later. I’ll have to check that date.
7) There is a chance we still win 4/5 (AZ, MI, WI, PA) and an outside chance we get all 5. Per the #S from an earlier Freeper who was on a campaign call where Trump was supposed to be up in GA by 3,000, in NV by 5,000, etc., they were NOT getting the number of ballots outstanding right.
8) I mentioned to Team Trump that they must make a very persuasive case to the WI, MI, PA legislatures; to not make this about saving the Trump presidency but about saving the PROCESS, because if we let this go there will never be another free election. They need to also make sure legislators understand the hell they are gonna get from Ds and media, right down to doxxing them, harassing their homes and families, etc. It should not be sugarcoated.

President Donald Trump issued a statement to corporate media on Saturday, reacting to the declaration that Joe Biden has won the 2020 election.
“We all know why Joe Biden is rushing to falsely pose as the winner, and why his media allies are trying so hard to help him: they don’t want the truth to be exposed,” Trump wrote in a statement sent by his campaign.
Trump said the election is “far from over,” as Biden “has not been certified as the winner of any states.”
The Associated Press, MSNBC, and CNN called the race for Biden at 11:28 a.m. on Saturday. The network news channels and Fox News followed suit.
“Legal votes decide who is president, not the news media,” Trump said.
Biden is currently leading in key swing states the president needs to win — Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Georgia.
The president said several states remain “highly contested,” where his campaign is mounting legal challenges, and other states, such as Georgia, would head to a recount.
The president also said his campaign will begin prosecuting the legal challenges to the state elections on Monday.
“The American People are entitled to an honest election: that means counting all legal ballots, and not counting any illegal ballots,” he said. “This is the only way to ensure the public has full confidence in our election.”
The president asserted that many ballots cast were “fraudulent, manufactured, or cast by ineligible or deceased voters” and protested that Republican poll watchers were prevented from witnessing the vote count in Democrat-run areas, such as Philadelphia.
He criticized the Biden campaign and Democrats for working against his efforts to validate the votes.

I think the media pushed this “win” of Biden to make it more difficult for President Trump to pursue legal options. It would be something like “President Trump —you need to concede; because think of the nation wide riots that would happen if they pull this back from Biden.”

I liken this to the city of Baltimore filing suit in Baltimore federal court (the day after the Colts moved to Indy in 1984) to force the Colts to stay put. That suit failed.

White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany shut down Fox News’s Chief White House Correspondent John Roberts for demanding that she condemn white supremacy on behalf of the president after President Donald Trump had already denounced it multiple times.
After the contentious Thursday morning briefing, McEnany tweeted directly at Roberts telling him to check his wife Kyra Phillips’s reporting for ABC from the day before.
“johnrobertsFox I would refer you to your wife’s reporting from 21 hours ago… accurate reporting I cited in the White House Press Briefing,” she wrote, retweeting Phillips’s report showing Trump denounced white supremacists.
“Just now: realDonaldTrump tells me he DENOUNCES white supremacists ABCPolitics @ABCNewsLive @ABCWorldNews @ABC @johnrobertsFox,” Phillips’s tweet reads.
Earlier in the day, Roberts repeatedly demanded that McEnany make a statement explicitly condemning white supremacy on behalf of White House.
“I’d like to ask you for a definitive and declarative statement, without ambiguity or deflection. As the person who speaks for the president, does the president denounce white supremacism, a group that is founded in all their forms?” he asked.
“This has been answered yesterday by the president himself. The day before by the president himself on the debate stage. The president was asked this and he said ‘sure’ three times. Yesterday, he was point-blank asked ‘Do you denounce white supremacy’ and he said ‘I’ve always denounced any form of that,’” McEnany said, before listing off examples of Trump’s comments denouncing racism, neo-nazis, white supremacy, and the KKK.
“He has condemned white supremacy more than any president in modern history,” she added.
After the briefing, Roberts appeared angry and flustered during a live shot from the White House on Fox News, in which he directly addressed “all of you on Twitter who are hammering me for asking that question.”
