There has always been some manner of fraud in our elections. The election of Al Franken using a trunk full of ballots is an great example. But this election is different in both the magnitude and the openness of the cheating.
Because our ballots are secret it is almost impossible to prove the fraud, even with a whistle-blower as a witness. This election wasn’t even close. Trump won easily. This election has left scars that won’t quickly fade.
For me, there will be no civility or unity. Like Japan at Pearl Harbor, the Democrats have awakened a sleeping giant with many resources and a powerful will. I’m old and compromised, but like the coast-watchers in Britain in WW2 I’ll do my best to take one with me. This time they went too far. There will be no civility BS going forward.
There were about 15 pro-Trump protestors at the main intersection in La Crescent, MN today. When is the last time you saw conservatives protest in rural Minnesota?
