The best example of fraud is the Dominion software used in 20+ states that flips votes. Only possible if designed that way. Why else put in that capability unless the intent is fraud?
I agree. The Dominion software must be thoroughly checked, and track the votes that went through it.
If it was a bug it would randomly switch votes evenly.
But we know it was a feature and not a bug.
