Thanks, Wally_Kalbacken! That statute appears to mean that only voters who were already registered to vote in the original election can vote in the runoff election. Is that correct?
And thanks to Blueflag! Is October 5 the deadline for registration for the original vote?

I am a poll mgr for this entire election cycle.
If not registered by 5 Oct, then no ability to vote 3 Nov or any runoffs.
Period.
Plus is reads like the state has caught in with the shenanigans in Fulton County. Popcorn time.
