Why didn't they force their way in and demand to be a part of the counting? Or did they just shrug their shoulders and walk away after Philly vote counters told them to?

Good way to get arrested and prosecuted. I remember hearing a quote from a local DA or maybe the atty general of PA threatening to arrest anyone who might interfere.
