All congressmen & senators are republican? If so, Trump will have PA in the electoral college as a consequence. In the USSC’s eyes the fact that the people of Pennsylvania elected the delegation, then by proxy there is no voter disenfranchisement under the constitution.

Wouldn’t it be cool if all the big electoral count states’ republican state committees in non-contested states who find an invalid rule change, that would materially affect outcomes, joined in the USSC Petition for Writ of Certiorari brought by the PA state committee that is sitting in the USSC as we sit here.
I don’t know the numbers but would there be a chance to take the house if the above was to happen and the USSC finds that all ballots cast per invalid rules, everywhere, must be voided?
