There was a post this morning with a link to an article about how Marc Elias got the absentee ballot rules changed because of Covid-19. The backroom legal settlement North Carolinas BOE entered into with him completely nullified our absentee ballot rules. He did this in several battleground states as well. His actions in these states took place from June until Sept when we were all distracted by riots and fights over wearing masks!
Even if true, if the manner used to change rules was unconstitutional, i.e. executive instead of legislative, it will be found to be illegal by the USSC, but only in the swing states. If there is no challenges to the rules in other states, the USSC will not touch them. They will find those cases are not ripe and will confine the remedy to only those swing states with big contested invalid ballot issues. They will point the PA electoral ball to the PA congressional delegation.
ABSOLUTELY, NO WAY in this day and age is the USSC willing to decide or determine directly who the President of the United States of America will be
