One of my favorite voices of reason throughout this whole thing. You are correct. Why are so many people so quick to jump on the "All is lost" bandwagon, before the court cases even get off the ground? Before the Supreme Court reviews the matter? Before the electors vote? I will never understand it.
If all the steps I just mentioned had already been taken, and the results STILL showed a Biden win, I'd hate it, but I'd somehow adapt and try to hang on until 2022 & 2024. But they HAVEN'T been taken.

The matter was already previewed by Justice Alito, and he said valid state election law applies and it is unconstitutional to use invalid means to overrule an enacted legislative law.
There may even be precedent in Bush v. Gore regarding state law controlling fed election conduct (haven’t read it in awhile)
