Why does anyone use Facebook Instagram or Twitter anymore.
I have been wondering that for quite a while since I quit FB. May be it's become more political since I left about 3 years ago with all the stupid look at me and how many miles I ran today. Sheesh. Never signed on to Twitter to read anonymous idiot postings that came out of every little simple mind at the moment.
FaceBook: you have an identity, no matter how lame your posts. Oh yeah, you get likes and "friends" as if they are real friends. Twitter, you can be posting from Alpha Centori and no one would know. Because of that anonymity, you can say any shit you like, and sound brilliant if phrased well.
Social media has become the bane of civilized interaction. Instagram and now Tik Tok is the epitome of self indulgence and super ego. HEY, LOOK AT ME WHILE I DO STUPID STUFF. They all suck. Pick up a fucking phone.
