Whether they used a percentage or a fixed number, it equals a very large total statewide. This could easily explain the quick turnaround in reported vote.
Another question I have is whether it is a one time adjustment or if it is triggered every time the totals are retabulated. In any case it can’t be explained as an innocent mistake.
