it doesn’t have to be widespread. it doesn’t even have to be proven. these are all red herrings. all we should have to demonstrate is the ability for fraudulent votes to be cast, and we should then be allowed to immediately plug the holes in the mechanism.

I totally agree about not needing to be widespread. A few cities in several states would be all it takes. Fraud in cities like Detroit, Philly, Pittsburg, Atlanta, Milwaukee, and Las Vegas would be enough in a tight election.
