They are duplicating the original ballots... most likely because the original ballot could not be read properly.
As you can see guy is reading original ballot and she is recording it on a fresh ballot.

I agree to a point. There should be a hand recount using the original ballots to ensure they were duplicated properly. Or run all the original ballots back through the machines and hand recount the originals that are not read. Just seems like a lot of duplicate ballots— I wonder what the percentage of duplicate ballots is in red areas versus blue areas.
some people do jump to conclusions and then there are those who have normalcy bias and nothing is ever wrong.
Not that there wasn’t fraud but I agree the woman is recording what the man across from her is reading off of another ballot.

Even if this is just to make ballots readable, having a potentially biased HUMAN in the stream of processes is HIGHLY improper. Who is verifying that the ballots they received in the mail are being duplicated identically?
Guess what, if a Trump voter screws up his ballot it will be void, a Biden voter gets his ‘fixed’, even if he didn’t want to vote for Biden!
