They weren't going to make that mistake again. They thought the idiots on the ground in MI and other states that Trump took, had the election in the bag.

Plus, the assertion I am making isn't that the cities lean to the DEM. That's I get. My point was that the cities manufacture votes out of thin air to make up the difference from elsewhere.

Illinois - second City waits until all the votes are in from downstate. Then they know the margin needed for victory, and they manufacture it.
