Scarborough knows if democrats can pull the rigging off they will not be able to get anything pass the senate.

They were already mostly deep in the red, but with the lockdowns and economic shutdown, and taxpayers fleeing, they are completely done now, unless they get federal bailouts. Federal bailouts that they will need to pass through the Senate.
Let them collapse. Blue cities will be forced to lay off Dem union workers, and cut city services to Dem voters. Cut off the grease, and watch the gears of those Dem political machines break down.
