This is not Philadelphia to get 100% Biden numbers. It will not be more than 60/40 Biden or 70/30 for Biden. NCGOP is very organized and did a good job in this election by winning most of NC supreme court and Court of appeal. Black Republican for the first time won Lt Governor in NC ! They are not stealing Trump’s margin in NC !
