If Biden wins AZ and Nevada he will only be at 264 electoral votes. What happens then? Can he still be declared the winner? You need 270 right?

I think neither candidate wins without PA. They can get different states besides that to get to 270 but PA is do or die.
President Trump won't let us down, but there are plenty of others who will. I wish I knew how to actively help him instead of just posting here.

Yes I added it up. Trump needs AZ or it’s over. They said 86% reported in for AZ with the Biden criminal cartel at 50.5 and Trump at 48.1, Trump trailing the cartel by @ 70,000 votes. Don’t look good.
