I checked a few months ago and found out I was still registered in Michigan after being away for 12+ years. I contacted the city clerk where I lived and asked them to remove me. They did and confirmed nobody had voted under my name in the years since I had left the state.
It’s insider slang from “The Donald” fourm. Short for “centipedes”.

Re-votes aren’t possible with U.S. presidential elections.
Here’s what to do: The state legislatures of N.C., Pa. and Mich. (all Republican legislatures with a Democratic governors) declare that the election wasn’t conducted in accordance with law, and they (the state legislatures) appoint the electors, as is their power under the U.S. Constitution.
In delegating this power to the voters of the states (which all state legislators do and have done for a long, long time), this is under law, and not for the Governor to change, not even under emergency decrees. Those Governors abused whatever discretion was allowed by the legislature in the administration of the laws of the state.
