maybe separating the ballots from the standard mail was the deviation from SoP. it’s impossible to tell if this is a major infraction, or a major distraction; it’s probably one or the either.
If that were the case, I don’t understand why the USPS agent would be a “whistleblower” at all, or why the manager refused to talk about it with O’Keefe. Just explain, “we got those letters on time.”
