Per the CISA, some states and voting systems watermark ballots. Why that isn’t the standard, I don’t know. But watermarks, if used in any states with mail-in ballots issues, could make IDing voter fraud a lot easier.

I’m glad she did that. That might encourage them to get things cleaned up. A true audit of every ballot would be wonderful, matching names and signatures to voter rolls.

Still, this chick has been a problem in the past, IIRC, but I don’t recall why. It was something anti-Trump. After that, she’s been keeping a low profile. Not sure I trust her.

They can validate if the ballot was printed by the State by looking for the Machine Identification Code (MIC).

If the people responsible for the fraud used a different printing press than the State, the fake ballots will have a different MIC. They can then use the MIC to trace back to the printing press that printed the fake ballots to find the people responsible.

Each SOS should be required to provide EXACTLY the number of valid voters (who were provided a ballot one way or another), with confirmation of WHO they were, and compare that to the number of ballots cast. (Mail in should be easily compared, provided versus returned)

They should match. Or at least: cast <= provided

my daughter sent me a text saying that “she hears there was a watermark put on official ballots kind of like the thread in dollar bills.
They’re going to go back to root out all the unofficial ones in the tates they are disputing”

I have been reading a lot about this issue the past few days. Strange no one on cable has brought it up yet.

Could be just like the DHS secure drivers license issue many Blue states simply ignored it.
