The USSC would, at most, only make a recount happen with proper observation if that is the complaint. They will not impose a draconian remedy when the recount can happen the correct way.
If you listen to teh youtube, and read other news, there are many more complaints besides lack of obsevation. Stolen ballots, more ballots than registered voters, dead people voting, forged signatures, and on and on.
