Being compromised by an enemy (China) which an DOJ investigation will clearly identify, how can Biden possibly be issued a security clearance, much less a Top Secret clearance?
The security clearance is not an issue. The president is the highest authority for granting security clearances.
Obama set the bar, or should I say ERASED the bar concerning clearances issued to a president.

Also, look for the return of ISIS in the middle east, and so on. Back to the Obama malaise days of Benghazi, Extortion 17, ISIS, economic downturn, rise of rioting allowed unabated, etc..

He’s issued a security clearance by being elected. (Someone once said character matters, apparently not true ! Certainly not true in Delaware & to Democrats in general !) The President sits at the absolute top of the executive branch. Security clearances are issued through the executive branch. The President has the final authority which is delegated downward to the relevant DOD & civilian organizations.
