If it goes to the House, each state has one vote. If the delegation is tied then neither candidate gets a vote. 26 votes needed to win.

Each state gets a vote based on the state.
house majority .
Rep are in control 26 to 23

I think that in case of a tie, the House vote is done by state delegations, not simple majority vote. That favors Trump.

It is not that cut and dry if it goes to the House. In the House, each state’s congressional delegation gets one vote, and I believe GOP has the majority in House delegations (by one or two). I don’t think it will end up in being he House though. The fix is in. Democrats will come up with the votes they need in the states they need. This was always the plan, and the media colluded with them to provide cover.

In that case, each state would get just one vote. The Republicans (Trump) win.
