We seem to be in danger of court packing for real now. MI+WI+AZ+NV seems to make 270 EVs for Biden. Another effect of voter fraud could be that the senate would be 50-50, with Kamala breaking the tie to change the number of justices on SCOTUS. I am hoping the election crooks get caught, but once the MI secretary of state certifies the votes it may be too late.
A friend of mine who is a Poll Judge in Michigan just told me if ballots are not not completely sealed that there can’t be a recount of that bag of ballots. Detroit, Wayne known for purposely not completely sealing the bags to eliminate them from a recount.
