For Biden to win without PA and FL, he would have to pull an upset in AZ, NC, win the NE D-2 (where I live), and win MI, MN and WI. Oh, and win the D-2 in Maine.
Not going to happen.
However, if Trump wins FL (very likely), and loses PA, he still wins if he wins the other states he won in 2016. He could even lose MI and still win if he picks up 10 votes from either MN or WI.
Trump is going to win assuming he fights against the voter fraud vigorously.
The question is whether the GOP can win the House back.

If the wave is big enough, we can win the House back.

It's not so aggressive on their part. They believe that they have MI and MN solid, and so they only have to split WI, AZ, NC and GA to clear 269, even while losing FL, OH and PA.
