I think some great news. I estimated Miami & Sarasota based on 2016 turnout numbers.
Ds can net 22,320 in Miami
Rs can net 19,311 in Sarasota
Close enough to a wash to ignore it.
Sarasota has so many R voters outstanding that it wipes out Miami.
