Fl. counties count mail-in votes in advance of the in-person election day vote. The first numbers released tonight will be the mail-in vote, overall vote totals which include election day in person voting will come later.
Sounds like we start from behind and work our way back gaining momentum as we go then. Hopefully Independents will go our way or even. 2016 it was R+3 guess we will see tonight.
I’ll revise that a bit. Fl. counts mail in and early in-person vote (IPEV) in advance and those show up pretty soon after end of voting. The election day results start being factored in later as those are counted.
