I did a web search on milwaukee election and benford and found the following article about the 2016 election

So (at least imho) before there was the 2018 California vote fraud, there was a 2016 Milwaukee vote fraud. The 2016 Milwaukee vote fraud apparently served as a template for 2020 Milwaukee vote fraud since the Benford Law analyses expose both of them. (Where is the DOJ on this??)
