I would suggest that every contested state should do the following:

  1. Have their GOP legislature make a vote of no confidence in the outcome of the election, citing a) widespread non-compliance with the election laws as passed by the legislature, and b) numerous examples suspicious behavior in the counting of the votes.
  2. Have a second vote to express the sentiment of the legislature that the people of their state intended to vote for President Trump.
  3. Have a third vote to exercise their Article II Section 1 power to appoint the Trump slate of electors to the Electoral College.

Any thoughts on this? I’ve seen other references to this. I know in some areas, you can print your own ballot at home, but that does not mean you still can’t secure the document. I’ve seen documents that have a single pixel used for security.

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said that as of 9:15 a.m. today there are approximately 61,367 ballots still outstanding. Channel 2’s Justin Gray received the following breakdown:
Bryan: 3,027 (66.8% Trump)
Burke: 494 (51.4% Trump)
Chatham: 17,157 (57.6% Biden)
Clayton: 7,408 (85% Biden)
Cobb: 700 (56% Biden)
Floyd: 682 (70.5% Trump)
Forsyth: 4,713 (66.5% Trump)
Fulton: 11,200 (72.6% Biden)
Gwinnett: 7,338 (58.2% Biden)
Harris: 3,641 (76.7% Trump)
Laurens: 1,797 (64.1% Trump)
Putnam: 1,552 (74.5% Trump)
Sumter: 1,202 (52% Biden)
Taylor: 456 (65% Trump)
Totals: 61,367

Trump is currently ahead 14,250 as of noon.
