Does MI have same day registration? That might explain the discrepancy, if the registration totals are old numbers prior to the election.

It seems like a no brainer to first challenge votes in precincts with more votes than voters- I’m even suspicious of the 90 percent turnout overall in Wisconsin. There is no way. I bet a drill down to counties in Wisconsin will show this same thing in dem counties.
