How do you give Michigan to Biden?

Partly to be provocative, partly because history shows that the longer things drag out, the better the odds of the democrats snatching it.

why are you not giving PA to Trump?

Because I'm assuming that PA will be proven to be so messed up with no audit trail that it will be impossible for a court to tell whether they followed the rulings or not. As to the late arriving ballots, no signature ballots, etc. that they are supposed to count but keep separate, I'm assuming that they will get comingled with the regular ballots and then the director of elections will say "oops, sorry, it was an accident, we threw out the envelopes by mistake, the intern has been reprimanded...", and the election will be impossible to remedy.

That leads to two alternatives:

1. The GOP legislature steps in and directly appoints a slate of electors for President Trump.
2. The GOP legislature tries to step in and directly appoint a slate of electors for President Trump but the Democrat governor and state Supreme Court try to block the legislature from unilaterally acting.

Since we're talking about Republicans, I'm going with #2 as the successful outcome. If the Democrats can create enough chaos to keep PA from certifying by the Electoral College safe harbor date, then the EV is tied. To me, that will mean that Biden wins with the votes he has plus a faithless elector who flips his way.

I think if Trump can show a major discrepancy, you revote the state.
