Just looked. In Philadelphia county had same amount of votes in 2020 as 2016 there are 207,587 votes outstanding. And if had same breakdown it’s Biden pickup of 135,055. Trump ahead in state 463,000. Just random info tough to tell how many people they “found” to vote
