BREAKING: Wisconsin has more votes than people who are registered to vote. Is that for real? Or did they have "same day registration" for yesterday?

I've been trying to figure this out as well. I believe Wisconsin has "same day" registration. I think that before the election WI had 3.6 million registered and not the 3.2 million being used as the basis for the 100+%.
So I think with the "same days", WI registered voter total increases by that number.
All that said, the turnout % to me seems awfully high.
I may be completely missing something, but it's my best shot at understanding it at this point.

I need to caution EVERYONE - if you are going to start saying that there are a certain number of voters in a state. BE CORRECT. There are NOT only 3.2m registered voters in WI. https://elections.wi.gov/node/7220. There are a little over 3.6. Its so important we dont do this. More ammo

But still, that % of registered voters actually voted? We know these mail-in ballots are the Dem’s path to a stolen election, frustrating we don’t seem to be able to stop it. I also don’t believe that states reelected lockdown governors but again, a pattern.
