Checking the GA SoS site, it appears all counties are 100% except for Fulton @ 96.61% Trump still has a 117K+ lead and by my math, there is no way Fulton can possibly make that up (444K at almost 97%). FWIW, I believe there was a water main break in Fulton County which postponed counting of mail-in ballots.
