nyt had trump winning ga 85%, then when the counties around atl started coming in, it flipped to 61% plugs favor. of the remaining counties, they are reporting 31% are in and plugs is getting 2/3 of the votes.
When Trump was winning GA those counties around Atlanta already had 60% of the vote in... so it appears to be coming from precincts with those counties.
